I’ve got just short of 514000 iirc, but I’m not quite level 61, while getting accelerated to level 99.

I’ve got just short of 514000 iirc, but I’m not quite level 61, while getting accelerated to level 99.
Unfortunately all those riders with “banked” XP are discriminated against for this offer.
Those who started Zwift more recently will much more quickly get to level 85 than many of those who have been on for a while and who might have accumulated more XP than level 85 needs, but aren’t awarded it because of the completely nonsensical banked XP system.
I’m level 85 with 814341 XP.
I am on the accerated plan until level 96.
WHY CAN’T WE FIND OUR XP FROM THE COMPANION APP?
I see level, drops , elevation and pizza slices.
No XP.
I just level 85 last week and am currently closing in on level 86.
I’ve been completing levels slightly less than 2 weeks (4 rides per week for total of 6 hr per week).
All my rides since Nov 1st have been completing route badges, completing challenges or obtaining cycling hats.
I just superimposed my own work outs onto the ride of the day
I’m waiting for the controllers now and will see if they create more issues than they solve
I currently have NO problems with Zwift.
Everything works as expected and my non steering avatar drafts in an acceptable manner.
Better is the enemy of good!

Reached Level 85 at the end of last week. Patiently waiting for promo email
It is now. They arrived yesterday.
Given Zwift’s wants us to use forums to ask questions, can I ask what is the service level agreement for this function? What are the KPI based on and reported and how do we get visibility of this?
Is the Zwift Play Level 85 promotion still in effect? I hit 85 last Sunday and I haven’t gotten an email. My email is set up correctly and I have been checking spam.
I think I am about 3k xp away from level 85
i think so i just heard of somebody getting the email today.
I’ve emailed support. I’ll update this post when I hear back.
Update: Zwift customer support responded and indicated the promotion is still running and that it can take up to two weeks to get your email. I’m still within that time-frame so I’ve been asked to be patient

Opted in for the mail years ago, turned it off and on a few times past period to be shure.
Region settings OK
My adres in the zwift shop is correct

Yep Confirmed it’s working - Just received my email today after reaching level 85
Haven’t received my email yet and been close to one month
If you are sure it’s not in spam etc i’d contact zwift. Had a teammate that is level 100 and could not find the code they sorted them out within a day.
