Great work Zwift, what about those in Australia? Can still can not buy the controllers but you are giving away in other countries. What are you giving us as a reward for our patience and dedication?
I can confirm that if you buy the Zwift controllers overseas and bring them home to Australia they work perfectly. According to a friend. Wink.
@shooj i achieved level 85 like a month ago and i havent receive any email at all.I didnt even receive baseline test email and i have ticked the email preferences.

Mine arrived today. I charged them fully, paired and updated firmware and tried Repack Rush twice.
Not a great steering experience. Random self centering or sometimes holding line and random refusal to accept steering inputs. It’s like trying to steer jelly when someone else is tilting the plate.
I tried to leave feedback at the end of the ride, as requested in game, but trying to input text on Android when you can’t see the input field or position the cursor for corrections is a waste of effort.
So, is it a scam? Well the product was delivered, but beyond that…
I would try them in free rides.
I find repack rush takes some getting used to. There are some corners where it seems like the camber makes it impossible to steer to the position you want unless you are prepared for it and steering the direction way in advance.
This is the new automated steering behaviour.
People with steering (like me with kickr bike) deliberately disable steering to avoid this.

If you use a friend or freight forwarder to get our products in unsupported regions, warranty coverage will be limited. We don’t recommend this option for purchases.
Your feedback is valuable; if we receive more requests from Australia, we’ll consider expanding shipping options. Unfortunately, I can’t provide a solution for your request right now.

Hi, I assume this is lost in translation as I do not fully understand the Zwift sense of Humour? I have asked on numerous occasions as to why this option is not available and never have had an answers from Zwift. I can only assume as Australia is not given this option we will get a reduction in subscription?

Hi, yes fully aware of the lack of support from Zwift outside of markets Zwift shop serves. We are well aware we are not eligible! I think Zwift is missing the point! You have not even made something available in some markets yet you are using it as a reward in others. On top of this you give it to people over level 85 as a reward! This further rubs salt into the wound for those who have been over level 85 for over a year and still no additional levels. Does not really feel like (all) customers are treated equally. Still no answer from Zwift as to when it will be available!

i reached level 85 almost 2 months ago , i have opted marketing email a long time ago and i havent received any code
I tried steering during The Big Spin group ride today and it seemed much better behaved. Occasionally unresponsive, but mostly working intuitively enough.
Auto steering without inputs from me worked perfectly and being able to nudge myself into a better draft position or tight on the corners worked like a charm. The red bumper was helpful too, to confirm I was at the limits of adjustment. I never saw the bumper once on Repack Rush.
So, overall, happy boy.
My Zwift Play arrived today. I’m excited!
