Cheers. I’ve emailed Zwift- they’ve replied saying it’s a Zwift issue and are working on a fix.

I read the forum, went into Explorer and deleted cleared all the browsing data. Restarted the laptop/windows, then clicked on the zwift icon and I still get the http 403 error. I did this cycle twice and no luck.
What’s going on here?

Same issue in my lap top, it started yesterday afternoon and since today/now i got same error http 403, whats going on with this?, any solution?,
Startup the Zwift app on my smartphone is no problem but on my laptop is it always the same error Http 403 i really hate this…
i did same, read the forum y deleted all browinsing data in chrome, explorer edge, restarted and still same http 403 error
You need to clear “INTERNET EXPLORER”

Clearing all kind of caches, cookies, history in all of my browsers didn’t work.
Deleting both the app itself and the “application support” files in the library, and then re-installing didn’t work. But killing the (wired, in my case) internet connection and restarting the app to provoke the username/password dialog did the trick. Ready for some VO2max now to let off steam…

I am still experiencing a Forbidden error despite clearing Chrome and Safari cache and restarting both browsers. On Mac Cataline.
Hi Gerrie, correct!!, i did someting wrong first time when i clean the explorer browser, the second time i cleaned, then Zwift worked again!!
