Integrated Handlebars Gone to junk, now what?

Have had my Zwift bike since December’24. For the last several months, the integrated controllers have been haywire. Ghost buttons, disconnecting while riding, etc. I did a firmware update; it didn’t work. I did a hard reset; it didn’t work either. I finally broke down and bought the add-on Zwift controllers and removed the integrated controllers from the original handlebar. I cannot adequately express my disgust with these. First, they are flimsy because they are not meant to attach to the Zwift bike. Second, they don’t have hoods. Now my Zwift bike resembles a track bicycle: all drops, all the time. The buttons are fumbly; anytime I press them, the controller moves. Zwift, why don’t you sell separate integrated handlebars with controllers for the Zwift bike? I’ve really enjoyed Zwift biking, and now I’m debating canceling. Someone help me out.

The Zwift Ride has a 5 year warranty. Email support@zwift.com and they should replace the controls. Include your order number if you have it.

I have heard that they will also sell the controls (for example if you lost them) but again it would require contacting support.
