well you could try the things in the support doc I linked above and see if that helps?

That document is for a reinstall on a machine that has previously run Zwift. Mine is clean I’ve uninstalled, and deleted the folders and done a reinstall (more than once) still get the same message
No, not on one drive, don’t use it. Prefer my data on my machines.
I have not tried to do a new reinstall, but other than updating my Nvidia drivers. I haven’t done anything different, and Zwift seems to be working now.
As written above this is a new build and I’ve gone through and checked for driver updates on everything, that seems to be the only thing that’s changed but it’s working
I don’t think the driver updates were the reason so it remains unclear. There’s never a reason to update Nvidia drivers beyond the stable driver offered by Microsoft.
