Incomplete fit file, & email support

I have a few incompletely processed files on ZP since late March, does anyone know why it might be?

Windows 10, power pedals primary, smart trainer secondary but can’t do dual analysis without a processed file.

Fwiw I followed the links to support, I could select chat or email. I selected email.

It took me to a chat box with a bot that goes around, and around. Is there an email?
