i finished stacge 6 of TdZ twice, once on 29/1/2021 and again today. both times the upload seems to be interruped and there was an activity still in progress. both times i tried to end the ride with the companion app which seemed not to work and when i tried to end it on my laptop computer the application immedeately ended after i hit the buttom “save and exit”. are there any issues between the companion app and the desktop app? and is it possible to manually credit the stage or do i have to do it again?

Simon, did this get resolved - same thing has just happened to me in a power cut!! Help!!
I have experienced same problem. Did a ride an complete the route. Possibly go a WiFi interruption. The companion app states i’m still riding and looking on the files stored on the PC it states in progress ( inProgressActivity ). How can I sop/finish this, save the ride and have the comanion app function normally again?

Any chance you are logged in to Zwift on multiple devices?
Hi I use Zwift on my iPad and then the companion app on my iPhone, is that okay or is this why? I’ve been doing this for some time but I now have a new WattBike and since using this I’m having problems… I deleted Zwift from my laptop today too as I wondered if this may be why…. I’ll try again tomorrow.

There should be no issues between the Zwift app and the Companion app, just with having the Zwift app potentially open on multiple devices (as you mentioned you also had it on your laptop). Zwift keeps track of log ins and log outs, so if you log in on one device, then log in on a second device before logging out of either device Zwift thinks you still have a session in progress.
Also, if you are using the Zwift app on your iPad, be sure to always ‘force quit’ the app after each use. This seems to solve a number of issues.
I too rode Stage 7 at 17:00 and the activity shows complete on the Companion and the activity auto uploaded to Strava. I have downloaded the fit file and dragged it into the folder in Documents, but the stage is still officially considered “In Progress” on the tour tally. Can you check me off officially?
I my cpu locked up today during my workout. I grabbed the fit file to upload it to Strava but it says it’s malformed.
Is there any other way to recover this? Thanks.

Hi, not sure if you can help me out. Yesterday I finished my 100 mile ride at Zwift. The activity still shows „in progress“ status and so I missed the next level I have earned!
