I can’t see other riders on my Windows laptop. I have reboot my modem, internet connection and download speed are OK (150 to 300 mbs). I have reinstalled Zwift on my laptop. And reboot my laptop without any success. Strange thing is I can Zwift with other riders on my Samsung smartphone using the WiFi.

It could be a firewall on your PC causing problems, blocking some of the ports that Zwift needs, especially if this is a work system. Try temporarily disabling the firewall.
