No zwifters near

Why I cannot see Zwifters near in any route?
I am always alone.

This is typically caused by a network connectivity problem between you and the Zwift servers. Most often it’s a home WiFi problem but it could be anywhere in the network path between you and Zwift. That can be firewall settings on your device, or a problem with your router (reboot it), or disruption of your Internet access.

Are you using a work laptop and/or a VPN?

Yes I use my laptop from work, connected to VPN

It’s probably the VPN stopping it working,.not letting all the ports/traffic through.

Another possibility is some firewall or security software on the laptop interfering with the network connection. It’s a pretty common problem with computers managed by a company IT department.
