I log on and sync up like I’ve been doing for over 2 years. Then when I starting riding, my avatar on the app doesn’t move - nothing. Never happened before - suggestions?

What device are you using to run Zwift.
What devices are you connecting to Zwift?
Is your subscription up-to-date?
Can you post a pic of the pairing screen.

Thanks for getting back to me. After more troubleshooting, I think it’s a power meter issue, not anything with Zwift. Sorry to raise it to you.
