I rejoined zwift yesteday after a while off it, I used up my free 25km ride and then a bit more through my new subcription and all was working fine.
I went on today and everything is connected fine and picking up my watts but the avatar wont move? it picks up that im pedalling but wont move. Because of this I cancelled, I then rejoined to see if that worked but still didnt so I have cancelled again. I would like to join but need to know how to fix the issue. Never had any issues like this before

That does sound like a subscription problem since you are seeing Watts on the HUD.
What status do you see on the membership page:
