Avatar not moving Jan25

Hi. My avatar is not moving when I start a ride. I have unpaired and re-paired all devices. Ensured apps are up to date. Logged out and back into Apple device and then zwift app. Re-paired all devices. Apple Watch confirms is paired and at status “in game”. Avatar still not moving when I cycle. No one else has used the Zwift bike or core, only me, and only on my iPhone. How can I fix this?

Do you see any Watts when you pedal the bike on the pairing screen?

No Watts. (To be clear, I’m to start to build to 45w, I cycle, and my w remains at 0w.

And Paul, I have a subscription. Tnx

I take it you have a Wahoo Kickr Core. To test it, shut down the Zwift app (force-quit) and run the Wahoo app. Verify that you can pair the trainer, check for any available firmware updates, and then do a spindown calibration in the Wahoo app. If that fails, you will need to talk to Wahoo support.

Hi Paul
A firmware update via the Wahoo app fixed the issue with watts/avatar moving. Now only remains to achieve successful iPhone connection for heart monitor which I’ve lost in the process(es)
Thanks for the assistance
