I need help with a billing issue

Hi all
Please Assist.
I just un paused my account and the payment was taken of my card.
the status is still on 25km free to ride.
I also see that the activation date is on the 1st of Feb.
this is annoying, I have paid for a month but I can only use in Feb, witch means
i loos half the month on training. so I have paid for nothing. The reason i am using Zwift is
because of the weather. please can someone assist me.

You need to contact Zwift support directly. Zwift can’t help you via the forums for privacy reasons, and the community can’t help with something like this either.
