I have no connectivity between elite smart turno and zwift, have tried all the checks etc

I have lost connectivity between smart elite turno and zwift. Have done all the checks and nothing works. A frustrated morning!

I’m no expert either and had the same issue last week.

I searched under power or cadence and found the trainer then all of a sudden it appeared in all the relevant boxes.

Thanks for that, but done that and not seeing anything, wonder if turno is faulty…
