ELITE TURNO no more bluetooth signal

Hi, I’m using a Elite turno home trainer (bought it in 2020) and since yesterday I can’t connect it to Zwift anymore (seems to be the Bluetooth connection), is there a battery or somehing I need to change in the home trainer? (sorry I’m really bad with mecanics). Thanks a lot for your help

I recommend contacting Elite support. If you can test it using the Elite MyE-Training app that would help you understand if it’s a trainer problem or a Zwift problem.
