Started Zwift on iOS, App found the Hub and the LED turned blue, but after a few seconds the led started flashing red, green, blue, without any specific sequence or rhythm.
iOS, app, firmware newest version. Tried a couple of times, sometimes it took a little bit longer until the blinking began.
Turned all other Bluetooth devices off, including my heart rate sensor, didn’t make any difference. Made a video of the blinking, but uploading is not allowed…
Anybody any idea?

Contact Zwift support. If they can’t resolve it, you’ll probably get a new trainer.
