Zwift Hub: LED lights up green continuously

Hey, I just wanted to get started with my Zwift Hub after one year of not using it. The LED is lighting up green continuously and doesn’t change. I can’t pair it to anything.

Anybody had a similiar issue? Thank you

Hi, @Simon_Hilz , welcome to Forums! I’m Francisco from Zwift Support.

I’m sorry to hear that your Zwift Hub isn’t functioning properly.

Based on your description and the information in this article, the cycling of the LEDs through red, blue, and green indicates that the Zwift Hub is powering on. However, it should flash blue when it’s ready to pair or is already paired to a device.

Have you tried following the steps outlined in the article titled “No Power to Zwift Hub” to help isolate the issue.

If the problem persists, please reach out to us by email at support@zwift.com and include your original order number in your message.

Hi, @Simon_Hilz! Upon reviewing your account, I noticed that your Zwift Hub is currently running firmware version 3.9. The latest available version is 5.2.2, which means your unit is outdated. This is understandable since you have taken a break for some time. Could you please try updating the Zwift Hub firmware by following the instructions in this article below:

But I can’t update the firmware, if I can’t pair my Zwift Hub to the ZC App. It’s not ready to pair, the LED is flashing green.
