Hey All - I just bought the Zwift hub after assembling it and putting my bike on it I plugged it in and the light only has ever flashed red or nothing flashing at all. I’ve never seen any other color. Zwift companion has never detected the hub. I contacted support and they sent me an article on updating firmware using Zwift Companion. However, I can’t update the firmware when it won’t appear in the app. Any ideas or suggestions?
Hi Joe! If your Hub is on but undiscoverable by Zwift Companion (unable to carry out a firmware update) and Zwift Game (unable to ride), it may need to be replaced. I’d love to chat with you further.
