HRM not recognized on initial pairing screen

I have been using my Garmin Forerunner 265 HR without issues for quite some time on Zwift, until the most recent game update.

Using companion app for connecting everything. Wahoo Kickr Core is recognized with no issues.

Lately, it is not recognized on the initial pairing screen after I launch the game, no matter what I do (reconnecting Bluetooth, restarting the game, and restarting the companion app to no avail).

If I skip the initial pairing screen and then get back into it, it immediately finds the HRM and connects successfully.

TLDR: Zwift doesn’t connect to HRM on the initial pairing screen, but connects to it later.

this is another issue I’m having since the last game update.
Zwift PC version won’t see any HRMs in the initial pairing screen. I have tried 4 of them and not one is picked up.
I’ve reinstalled the game on the PC and still getting the behaviour as Geralt. If I skip pairing and then go back it finds all my HRMs.

FAO Zwift Support:
Device PC with Windows 10 and iOS Companion. (all software including Windows have up to date versions - Zwift software has been deleted and re-installed )
Sensors (Polar HRM, Wahoo HRM x 3) using bluetooth.
PC Hardwired to Network, iPhone on 5gbs Wifi

Zwift iOS has no issues. Only affecting Zwift PC regardless of using ZC or direct Bluetooth

It’s an odd bug honestly and can’t tell whether it is related to companion app or the game itself. The issue is definitely related to the initial pairing screen.

Do you have a Zwift Hub? I’m having severe difficulty getting that to calibrate too most of the time its not providing any resistance. Just wondering if its related?

Can confirm the same as written here: Game Update 1.51 [October 2023] - #153 by C_hristoph_SZR

Same problem - tvOS with Kickr v5, Tickr chest strap (+ Play controllers) all connecting through Companion. When the Tickr wouldn’t show up (but everything else connected promptly) I also tried broadcasting from my Garmin watch, no joy. But as you say if you go back into the pairing screen from in game, the HRM is picked up right away.

Come on Zwift. Fix this one

This does not work for me
