Can't pair HRM600 to Zwift Hub

Using the companion app on my mobile phone I can’t pair my HRM with my zwift hub. I seem to remember that there should be a list of found HRM below that info text. But there simply is nothing..

Same behaviour on a borrowed tablet.

My Zwift hub might still be bonded to an older HRM which I no longer have.. could that be the reason? Can I (factory) reset the hub somehow? Any other idea what could be wrong?

Two thoughts about this…

  1. I understand there are problems with using Companion on an Android device to set it up, and your screenshot appears to be from an Android device
  1. Several HRM manufacturers have made firmware changes to comply with recent EU privacy regulations that require Bluetooth encryption, and need to be operated in open mode.

Your point 1 sounds just like it. Seems to be a very old and ongoing bug :frowning:

Yeah, my HRM 600 is definitly in OPEN mode, other things can find and connect just fine to it.
