When I signed in today for last #6 workout, it asked if I wanted to save last ride that I had logged out too quickly. Is there a way to do that?

Unless you have done two races I suspect your race#2 was actually saved as it shows on your activity report. Race result below is a screen shot from your activity report.

You can also find your activity information by logging into your Zwift.com account.
