How do I initiate a scheduled event from my AppleTV?

I have a Wahoo Kickr Snap and an AppleTV.  

I joined Zwift a bit before Xmas and managed to join a few rides.  I found some events to join and managed to schedule them on the AppleTV but when it was time to start, I could figure out why buttons or keys to press to join‽‽‽ 

I am back home now and wish to become more active in Zwift.  Can some kind soul show me how to do so?  I cannot find any documentation online.  Thanks.

As a side note, if you don’t see the prompts to join an event after you’ve signed up/don’t see other riders, you may be affected by a different issue we’re working to fix.
