I’m new to Zwifting and the whole indoor cycling thing so I come to it from the point of a newbie. I also don’t have a power meter
I have manually adjusted the P1,P2,P3 values in the Elite App no problem, to what I think is a close representation of my road riding. And when I ride here everything is fine.
However, when I load up Zwift and go to a training program Zwift automatically adjusts my settings and I would say it’s a good 25% more strenuous to the point I have to drop down to the small ring just to ride the flats.
I’m guessing this question has been asked before but any help would be much appreciated. Thanks for your patience cheers Brian
