Can’t even get started with trial

I can’t get Zwift to pick up speed sensor although Garmin does.
Need more information, please post a rundown of your setup.
In investigating a bit, I’m not noticing a history of device or sensor pairing within Zwift. If you’re having trouble pairing a smart trainer or sensors with Zwift to get your avatar moving in the app, we have an article on our knowledge base that goes over a few Bluetooth connection troubleshooting steps that may help.
