Help please Satori not pairing

Hi all,

I have just bought a tacx satori smart. I downloaded the TACX utility app and that paired nicely with my Satori. I then happily downloaded Zwift brimming with excitement. Bluetooth on ready to pair, signed in but then nothing. It would not pair. Then suddenly it did. I rode for about ten minutes and thought great tomorrow I’ll give it a good go.

The next day I tried and tried but on Zwift I could not pair to my Satori. Is there something I’m doing wrong? I have deleted and re-installed the apps. Nothing is working. But something did work for 10 magical minutes.

Please help before I throw it out of my window.

You need to make sure that the trainer is not connected to any other device or app before starting Zwift (that includes your phone, PC, Mac or Tablet).

What device are you running Zwift on (PC, Mac, iOS, AppleTV or Android)?

Use a ANT+ Stick and connect with ANT+
Bluetooth gave me countless problems too.
Since I switched to ANT+, everything works fine.
