Hi. I am a new user. Have just downloaded the app on iPhone and iPad and can’t get past the email and password screen. Have logged in on classic website and created profile so know the email and PW are working OK. I have checked I am not leaving spaces at the end of the email address or password on app login and have reinstalled the apps with no joy. Can someone help please. I would really like to use zwift!

when typing username and password, don’t use the TAB key to jump between them.
I haven’t used the tab key or created spaces. I’ve been across all the forums and checked the existing advice before I posted. Simply can’t login. Companion app works fine just not the main app.
Maybe Change your password to something else and try again.
