I have recently undertaken a software update, plus a new iPad. On the Zwift screen when I now click my name (or my husband’s name) it comes back with “Whoa ! there seems to be an error logging in with that account information. Did you change your password”. I was able to log in before the IOS update. I can still log in to Companion and I haven’t changed passwords. I have logged a job but hoping someone can help.
Hi Vanessa, welcome to Zwift. You mentioned a new iPad so maybe the password didn’t get copied from your old iPad. I don’t use apple stuff but know they have Keychain some where in Settings.
