I followed the steps provided to me by the zwift support team. I followed their steps and reinstalled the iOS app. Now I lost access to my profile. I tried to restore purchase like they told me to do as a second step. Now it tells me that the iTunes suscription belongs to someone else!!!
See the attached print screen. And by the way, i am still paying 16 CHF on my monthly iOs suscription without beeing able to access may accont anymore. What a disappointment.
And now, when I need it most, they stopped to their support via Email.
