Help! Accidentally selected wrong fitness level profile - can't reset

New to Zwift, using it on Apple TV 4k. The remote isn’t great and I accidentally selected “custom” for my fitness level profile. I meant to select “recreational” as I am a novice. I can’t find a way to reset this setting, it apparently only appears first time you go to workouts menu:

Hello,

I believe that just sets an FTP number by estimation of your selection. ‘Custom’ sure sounds a bit ambiguous.  :)  See what your FTP is set to. Edit it the same place you edit weight, etc.
