I have an active working account on my iPhone and iPad. I just loaded the app onto my Mac and it opens with me logged in- then when air hit legs go- it cycles through a few normal screens and I then get to a new log in screen that doesn’t accept my log in- photos attached

Sometimes on Apple devices, the log in can get stuck and even though you’ve put in your correct email and password, it won’t accept it. On the third screenshot you posted, there is an option to “change user” then “add existing user”. Try clicking on that, manually enter in your email and password (don’t autofill these fields) and that should work. If it doesn’t please reach out to our support team and we can continue to troubleshoot this with you.
