I have an account for me and one for my wife and I use an iPad mini for my display. If I want to switch between accounts, I have to re-authenticate each time - and for some reason, the iPad app doesn’t support the built-in password manager on IOS so it won’t even auto-fill my passwords. I have to separately open the passwords app, copy the password, and paste it into the Zwift app.
I thought I saw a video or screen shot where there were multiple accounts - seemingly already authenticated - on the choose a user screen and you could just pick the one you wanted and get going. Should I be seeing this too?
Am I missing some sort of setting?
Tap on the button in the bottom left [CHANGE USER] ([BENUTZER WECHSELN] in Andreas’s screenshot). Select [ADD EXISTING USER] or [CREATE NEW USER]

Yes! I only ever see one account. I can tap the button to change users and login to the new account but then that’s the only one that shows next time and I again, have to tap the button to re-login to the other account.
Strange.
Yeah, I can add existing user but then that user is the only one I see next time. I don’t see the “first” user anymore.
What device are u using? My screenshot is from an iPad.
I’m using an iPad mini. Maybe it’s because the screen is somewhat smaller they don’t display other accounts? Seems odd but who knows.
I will likely switch to a regular iPad after Christmas so I guess I’ll see if that’s the difference.
Try scrolling up and down on the name you see. It’s possible the user is there but it might be hidden if the screen isn’t big enough.
