I use one iPad (updated yesterday 15/01/2026 with the iOS ver. 26.3) with 2 different account (mine and my friend’s one). Previous and today’s version of Zwift App, same bug.
Today, the two buttons, each for account, appears with the same account (not mine obviously).
I’ve tried to delete the two (same) account buttons. I’ve tried to login with my credentials. Each time, my friend user appear, not mine.
I’ve tried to shutdown the iPad; nothing. I’ve tried to unistall and install back the app; nothing.
There’s no way to use my account.
Does any get the same issue in the last days?
I’ve used perfectly my account yesterday… but everything seams a nightmare today!
I had something similar today on my IPad. Wouldn’t let me login, came up with a message which I can’t remember exactly but was either wrong password or account already in use.
What worked for me was to go into
Change User
then
Add Existing User
And login using my email address and password.
That worked for me.

Thank you Ian, that didn’t work for me unfortunately.
It’s still stuck. I’ve tried everything:
Close/Open app again
Deleted other account. Log in again..
Everytime I use my credential (my email and pwd), but it appear my friend account (that has different email and pwd) even if I’ve deleted.
Then after his account appear, I even tried to “change existing user”… then the magic happen… 2 same user button appear! CRAZY.
