Garmin devices and ANT dongle not connecting

I have Garmin cadence and speed sensor devices that are not connecting to the ANT dongle attached to my computer. I have updated my Macbook, Zwift, tried each of the different USB ports, and changed the batteries in my devices (they appear on my Garmin Edge device so there is no transmission issue from them either). I just cannot get them to show up on Zwift. Help, please.

Hi Gregory - the most common issue is weak signal due to the distance from your computer to your sensors. We recommend using a USB extension cable so you can bring the ANT+ dongle close to your devices. This will help prevent dropouts as well.
