I can see that ANT + is active in the pairing menu but it just won’t connect to my HRM and cadence devices. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t. Irksome. Any suggestions
What is the make and models of the sensors you are trying to connect to Zwift via ANT+?
Are you using a USB extension cable to get the ANT+ dongle as close to your bike as possible?
I have a fairly old ANT+ USB dongle. Not sure of the make and model. Garmin HR monitor is also very old and I’m not sure about the model but it came with my forerunner 405. The cadence sensor is also Garmin Garmin Bike Speed and Cadence Sensor - Black https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00JM6DKUA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_tMzwCb20BC3TP. I’m using a MacBook.
I stood next to the dongle with my HRM strapped onto me although I haven’t tried pointing it towards the devices!

Have you tried another USB port on your Mac?

You could be getting interference from a fan, Wifi, or something else that is why I always suggest a USB extension.
