Was it at least 2km long?
And your primary device? Tried it today with an iPad as primary and the companion app on the iPhone. Worked as described.
Yes was a 30km ride, update it’s just uploaded to Strava 6 hours later but still not on my Zwift activity list. Weird.
Comment on the number of clicks to exit the game after a ride. To get a screenshot of my timeline and have it actually save it took 11 clicks (including one companion app tap). Would’ve been 9 had I not wanted to save the timeline, but that’s the only worthwhile screenshot for a freeride or workout.
Please work on reducing the number of clicks to exit a ride and then Zwift. It’s poor UI/UX.
ERG mode has disappeared off my workouts since the updates?
Is the trainer paired for Resistance? That’s required. Which device are you running the game on?
Windows 10 computer, as I listed in my original post. Desktop, wireless connected; the trainer setup is all ANT+.
This picture is from my latest ride just now; as before I ended the ride using the Companion app (from the Map screen) but then the Companion app and the primary application just sat on these screens and no pop-up on the Companion app:
So much this.
Yeh it’s paired for resistance. Been using it for years with no issues. I use IOS
Thanks @Erlendur_S_Th - we’re investigating why the option isn’t showing up in the Companion app and we’ll push out a fix once we get to the bottom of it.
Rubber banding seems really bad on this release
You mean the camera zooming in/out, not the Keep Together, right?
Yeah that’s it.
Not really had it before but really bad on the last few rides
Coco just went from riding normally to rage quitting. 0.0wkg and just stopped. Never seen that before.
7am in LA - reboot of the machine running it?
She was probably cursing her Apple TV when the signal dropped
For me its the same, I use laptop windows 20 and android companion app. Can choose continue only
The companion app has stopped opening game mode for me since the last update. I’m using an android phone and a windows computer.
I always used to work fine and nothing has changed with my network. I have also tried connecting both devices to a wi-fi hotspot and turning 5mhz on and off on my home WiFi, as well as all the other suggestions I could find on the forums.
Looks like this is a bug?
Kind of frustrating as it means I am unable to use my Zwift play controllers as the laptop Bluetooth connection isn’t stable enough (I used to connect through the companion app).
See if this works, go into your android settings/apps/companion and force stop it. Make sure your windows isn’t running Zwift, make sure both devices are on same wifi network. Start companion app, then start Zwift on windows, go through the pairing, companion should auto change to pairing mode, then game when you start a ride.
