I’m a new level 13 rider and couldn’t access the route. The route icon displays as a white washed icon. Am I missing something ?
What route?
The entire route. When your on the desert flat it brings up 2 direction options, one for the south shore and one for something else. The one option is fully coloured but the south shore displays as a white washed icon and cannot be selected
We still dont know which route you mean.
Are you on version 1.55?
yes sir I am
Strange, I just got done with a ride, stared by choosing tempus fugit and rode to the new southern coast, I was able to choose the southern coast turn option in the big turn around at the other end of the desert without any issues. I’m on Windows 10, Zwift version 1.55.
Sorry , I’m still new to all the route info and names. But when you have the option of taking it at the turn around (circled in blue)
yes that is where it is, I was able to choose the Southern Coast as a turn option
I see but „Strom“ and „Leistung“ have two different meanings in German and do not translate equally to „power“.
The physical quantity “Leistung“ (unit watt) is the energy converted in a period of time in relation to this period of time.
„Strom“ is a physical phenomenon from the field of electricity. In the everyday meaning of the term, it refers to the transport of electrical charge through voltage.
How?
I was riding tonight with latest Companion app on iPhone and with 1.55 on a Windows 10 computer. I ended the ride with the Companion app but then the main app just sat on the streak window and no option in the Companion app to dismiss the screen. Is it working, what should pop up in the Companion app and/or how should the streak window be dismissed from the Companion app?
That gate is supposed to unlock at level 10. Was the gate green or red when you rode past it?
Are you using the companion app or just the screen menus? If the companion app make sure it is up to date in the app store as well.
Yup, Stromquelle does indeed mean “power source” but only in the case of electrical power. “Leistung” by itself would be an appropriate (and not overly long) title.
Thanks for reporting this - could you please share which device and OS you’re using for the Companion app?
The expected experience looks something like this (note that this is from Android, but it’s similar for iOS):
We’ll investigate why this might not be appearing.
Hi - as a german speaking (Austrian) user I like to point out that the translation of „Powermeter“ as „Stromquelle“ is not correct . Stromquelle means power source. As you will find on any powermeter product website (e.g. Garmin) we call it „Leistungsmesser“ but „Powermeter“ is also used a lot.
The English version also says power source so the translation is correct (a power meter is only one type of power source Zwift may pair to).

Thanks for this feedback - we’ve passed it along to our localization team.
I think the new “ride streak” screen is annoying, that it pops up after EVERY ride you do. Seems like a minor thing to just dismiss it but jt is tedious to do every time and takes some time for it to load and disappear again after you dismiss it, at least to me it is. Maybe a better solution would be once a week when you hit a new streak, you can check the XP counter elsewhere as well.
Just completed a ride it seemed to save but can’t see it anywhere on my activity feed and not uploaded to Strava? Any ideas?
The problem is the only other place to check your XP counter is on the in-game menu. It seems like a pretty simple feature to add to your profile page in the companion app and the home screen, but for some reason it is locked to an in-game screen.
please share which device and OS you’re using for the Companion app
iPhone 12 running iOS 17.1.2. Companion app version is 3.53.0, nothing more recent available in the App Store.
Can confirm that I saw nothing like the pop-up posted you posted.
