Hola Luis estoy teniendo exactamente el mismo problema que vosotros en las carreras, lo solucionaste pasando a inglés la aplicación?, desde dónde se hace? no estoy 100% seguro de tenerla en español en realidad. Muchas gracias
After the September 2020 update of Swift Companion I keep facing multiple drop-outs both when doing workouts or riding in free mode until it crashes completely. My setup includes using a Tacx Neo 2T, an Apple TV and my IPhone running the Zwift Companion. All running the last operating system/firmware updates and using the same Wi-Fi network. I have tried everything that is suggested in the Zwift support including deleting and re-installing the Apps and I still keep facing the same problems.
1 - Frequent drops of the cadence without any reason.
2 - Frequent drop-outs, with the ERG Mode suddenly stopping for 3 to 15 seconds and then coming back or alternatively at a certain point the ride the ERG mode crashes and never comes back. Before the latter happens the Zwift Companion exits from the workout mode and goes into dashboard mode (while this happens the sensors are still shown as connected). At the same time the dashboard is on in the Zwift Companion, on the Apple TV for I would say 3 to 5 minutes the workout keeps working until it finally crashes.
For the sake of testing if there was a problem with my Neo 2T sensors I tested it using the Tacx training and Tacx Utility Apps and no problem at all is reported. I also don’t face any drop-outs while working out using the Tacx Training App.
Is there any known problem with the Zwift and Zwift Companion Apps? Does anybody know of any solution available?
Before the last update everything was working fine.

Steering works normally. But I would appreciate more opportunities to use it. Not only free ride and selected crit city. I do not understand why it is disabled in other events.
Is it available for Apple TV as I updated last night, and the release notes said there were pacer bot fixes but there are no pacer bots available in this new build? Is this known or is there another Apple TV build coming?
I’m referring to the Oct 5th patch build.
The thread about the Pacer Bots indicated that they would be re-activated in a day or two, after the updates have had a chance o propagate out to all platforms.
Thanks Nigel. I’m a big fan of the bots so am keen to see them return.
iphones typically use cellular data if the wifi signal is week, in which case they don’t pair. I need to turn off cellular data at home due to a weak wifi hub.
My wifi modem is quite literally 30 cms away from where I Zwift. So not the wifi, but thank you for the suggestion.
That’s not the point, your phone will still use mobile data to supplement the WiFi and that interrupts Zwift. On an S5 it’s called Smart Network Switching, it’s in the advanced menu in WiFi settings. Disable that.
@Daniel_Connelly_LKHC You could turn off WiFi Assist, which is what the same feature is called on iOS. Then you wouldn’t have to keep turning mobile data off manually.
No Dave, your point in invalid. I have NEVER used smart network switching. That is one of the very first things I switched OFF when I got the phone long long ago. The point is, since the update, the companion app doesn’t like syncing with game play. Thanks for suggesting something I did years ago.
Ah, okay. It’s turned on by default and I wasn’t to know you’d already disabled it years ago. You only mentioned the proximity to your modem. A lot of people have this problem with the Companion app. Nice attitude towards someone trying to help though.
I switched it off long time ago, too. But after some updates it was switched on again, without asking me… I cannot say how often and when it happened, but surely 3-4 times, last time spring 2020.
Just FYI - I have no problems with ZCA after the update, Win 10 PC (wired Internet) running Zwift.
Since last update I only can run zwift in windowed mode on my big screen tv via hdmi off my laptop.
Before update with same laptop/tv setup never had problems running in fullscreen mode. Now after clicking on “let’s go” the application keeps running on my laptop but the hdmi signal to my tv stops.
Running Zwift in windowed mode does not lose the signal via hdmi. Tried different resolutions, cables and external monitors makes no difference.
Pleas help. Don’t want to run Zwift in windowed mode.
I had the same problem, using borderless gaming app (Win 10 PC, HDMI to 55" TV, 2 Zwift winters without problem).
Thanks, @Gerrie_Delport
Zwift should not need an auxiliary app like BG. Seems to me that the Zwift code is not what it should be / what is was. Thanks for the tip however .
Nobody is perfect… but I cannot image indoor cycling without Zwift.
Ride on!
Since last week’s patch update, I’m finding that the wattage fluctuates despite cadence remaining constant…wattage typical goes up and down 15 - 20w…making it feel like there is little or no resistance.
Setup: wattbike atom, ipad…bluetooth.
I have reinstalled zwift on the ipad and checked all the firmware and deleted cache etc. Issue still exists. Wattbike works fine on it’s own…
Issue only started last week after the update…any suggestions? Have sent tickets to the support team and heard nothing…
