Kickr Bike…everything was fine last Thursday…did all my riding outside this weekend and when I hopped on Tuesday morning after the companion app updated the resistance in all modes was toast. Everything works perfectly through the wahoo app so I know it isn’t the bike. I am starting to wonder if the companion app is the issue…
I don’t even use Pace Partners but the feedback box on that surely needs culling as well.

The wrench has reappeared on my Apple TV however when I try to calibrate it searches for my power source/kickr (which it is already connected to) & fails due to time out? Cheers
Just use the Wahoo app on your phone to calibrate/spindown.

I hope you are listening Zwift…the issue is with the companion app…paired directly to Apple TV and everything worked…paired to the companion app…dead.
Click buttons on ATV. They do indeed work. But try selecting a route with them. Its spin the wheel time.
Apple TV 4K. With kickr V5 resistance still not working…. I have been using the work around of force closing zwift after a warmup before joining the next event, which has been working but after the latest update not even that is working.
Come on zwift get this sorted. Some of us have got all the right gear and have spent plenty and all we want to do is get on our trainers and ride zwift. It’s so frustrating.
I had an odd experience with this today, I selected “Quatch Quest” as my route, but still had the progress bar appear on screen after I took the turn-off to do a run on Repack Ridge; I also had it remain on screen after doing some manual turns through Ocean Blvd and going past the Alpe Entrance and heading along the forward Jungle Circuit (the distance remaining was still continuing to tick down, even though I was essentially going against the route at this point).
Apart from the opening 4km, I don’t think any of my route was actually on the same roads as my selected route, but still had the distance remaining slowly tick down…
Try connecting your Kickr directly to Apple TV…don’t go through the companion app…pretty sure the bug is in the app.
Hi @Wes was excited to see and update but still no fix for the sprint bug, this includes the lap reset which still ruins sprint events and the missing jerseys
Please can we have a fix for this there has been several updates since this bug started! It would be amazing to have this back as it was thank you!!
My BLE connection to my Wahoo “cadence” and “controllable” sources quit working after last upgrade. Seems to be better now. Thanks.
In Zwift or in RGT?
It’s definitely the companion APP in my opinion as ERG runs fine using zwift on my cell phone, but using companion app on Apple TV does not work at all.
