I have been experiencing a very annoying bug in Copanion App for the last 3 or 4 months, the game screen disappears 2 or 3 times during a 50 minutes training, almost every time. Is it a known issue or is it just me having this problem ?
This is usually a problem with your home WiFi network, or the phone switching to cellular data for some reason, not a bug. Start by rebooting all of the network equipment, put the phone in airplane mode and enable WiFi on it manually.
Thanks for your answer Paul. I will try that. My wifi network is rebooted regulary. I’m a zwift member since 2019 and it’s quite a new problem for me.
