Hi All,
When a steering device is connected, riders should have complete control of their lateral position.
Currently, Zwift’s draft dynamics can move the avatar away from the position selected by the rider to take advantage of the draft of passing riders. In real life, a cyclist does not drift sideways without steering or leaning, so having the game override steering input feels unpredictable—especially if i want to choose a specific line and maintain it.
Requested change:

Keep the rider in the selected road position until they steer again.

Let drafting affect speed and resistance, not lateral position.

Disable automatic recentering when steering is connected.
Steering should provide intentional and predictable positioning, not just temporary lane changes.
