First set up of Zwift ride

Hi can anyone help who’s got a Zwift ride. I’ve just set mine up and it feels there’s a bit of movement in frame is this normal? Also put adapters on which should be for core 2 with cog and there seems to be a gap between frame and trainer

Left side looks good and right side I can’t tell. Could you take the bike off the trainer and take a picture from the right side? I’m curious if you have the drive side spin cap installed because it’s really common for people to leave it off, which can cause rocking or cause the Cog to rub on the frame.

I installed the black cap on the driveside and the 142 on the left non drive side

That looks OK to me. If the thru-axle is tight, I wonder if the movement is in the hinge in the trainer.

It seems right and feels tight and secure at the back end fixed to the trainer. There just seems to be a bit of rocking around the front of bike even more so when standing. Maybe it’s normal and because I’m used to a wattbike

The hinge has a bolt through it that could be tightened but I would want to take the bike off and see if I can move that joint. That’s also a thing that could be discussed with Wahoo. Also if the handlebars move there is a possibility that comes from the interface between the bars and stem or stem and frame but if you can rock the bike with your hand on the front of the frame (not on the bars) that might rule that possibility out.

Are your trainer footers extended far enough? Should be firmly on the floor surface. I have my Kickr on two Wahoo mats which makes the floor a bit soft and really needed to extend the footers.
