Failure to update error code Z114 at Line 550

Hi team,

has anyone else had the above issue when trying to download via wifi the most recent update?

Many thanks

Stew

Hi @Stewart_Corner

A Z114 error code indicates a file that’s needed to figure out what to download has been corrupted.

The easiest way to resolve this is to manually uninstall / reinstall Zwift, but that can wipe out your personal bests and workouts. So: to avoid this, please follow these procedures.

If you continue to see this error code on subsequent updates, there may be other underlying issues causing it.

Hi Shuji, thanks for the advice. Interstingly when I got to the Zwift download site on a number of different laptops I cannot bring up the download. Also the link you had above “please follow these procedures” doesnt work either.

Any suggestions?

Thanks Stew

Weird that multiple laptops won’t allow you to download from Download Zwift on iOS, MAC, PC, or Android Devices | Zwift

  • Are these work computers that have download / install abilities locked down by an administrator?
  • Are you behind a corporate firewall?
  • What browser are you using? Are the browser settings locked down somehow?
