Existing Zwift Kids Account (Since 2023) Just got Reset to Free

Hi all,

my son (12y) had been using a Zwift Kids Account since 2023 without any issues. However, when he tried to go for a ride today, his account was reset to free and Zwift reports that his trial ended.

I am aware that Zwift is not offering new under 16 accounts but since his has been accepted and used for the last two years he should‘ve not been affected.

Anybody ran into the same problem? I contacted support but this will take some time to respond, so just trying to understand whether Zwift changes their policies on 1/1/2026 or if this is just a bug.

@Oliver_ZRace_Central can probably elaborate but contacting support for renewal is the usual way it works

Yeah, should still just be contacting support. The yearly promo they apply probably just aligned roughly with the new year.

I did contact them - good to know that for now this appears not be a general change in their policies.
