Children under 16 used to be able to sign up for free, has zwift gone away from this now as this option appears to no longer exist ?
And if so, why ?
Yes they stopped doing that. They said it was too much effort to process the requests.

Yeah came about the same time as the price hike, read into that whatever you like

I just saw this as well. My kid is okay as he already had an account but his friends that want to join will now have to pay. Too bad, I thought that was pretty good on Zwift for doing a kids program. Too bad it’s gone.

My boy already had an account since more than one year but now his account has been switched to a normal free account limited to 25km per month.
Is yours still unlimted?
If your child is under 16 and previously had a free child account, I think you may still be able to renew it since they already have the paperwork on file.
