Child Account

Hi all,

I have a full account and set up a child account for the boy. It’s been a while since he’s used zwift. He’s logged on today and the account has changed to a trial account.

Has zwift removed child accounts? If they haven’t how do I go about reactivating the child account?

They stopped processing paperwork to create new free child accounts, but supposedly you can still renew accounts that were already set up. Try contacting support to ask about renewal and see what they say. I hope you’ll report back here with whatever you learn.

Zwift support got back to me very quickly. From my side I just needed to log out and log back into the account… from their side some form of magic was performed
