Error Code ZML04

Hello,
when opening the app the message appears:
“The request timed out. please check your internet connection and try again. if the problem persists, please conntact swift support with the error code zlm04.”

Internet connection is ok
Mac restarted without problems

I hope someone can help.

There is currently issues with internet in Germany. There is a long thread about it.

what can I do about it, or is it generally no longer possible in Germany?
