Error code ZLM04 when opening Zwift on Mac

Hi,

I have been using Zwift for a few years on the same Mac and just started having trouble opening the app.

I have MacOS Catalina and when I try to open the app I get this message:

“Zwift encountered the following error: The request timed out… Please check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, please contact Zwift Support with the error code ZLM04. Would you like to go to Zwift Support now?”

I am in Canada, my wifi works great, I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I’ve already shut down and restarted my computer.

Can anybody help please?

Try rebooting your router. There’s some sort of network issue.
