It is implied but not in actual text that an Elite Muin may be used for resistance (with the addition of a power meter). Can we get the ruleset updated to reflect this? An example of what is required follows with changes in bold.
12.4. Excluded Power Reporting Equipment
12.4.1. Any “Wheel-On” Trainer
12.4.1.1. While this excludes a wheel-on trainer from being used as the power reporting
device, it does not exclude riders from using a wheel-on trainer to provide
resistance while using an eligible power meter to report power to Zwift.
