Hi all help needed i suddenly cant connect to zwift via apple tv but can via companion app and via android on my phone any ideas much appreciated???

Sorry to hear that your Elite trainer isn’t pairing to Zwift on your Apple Tv. I can see from your logs that you seem to still be pairing through Zwift companion. A couple of things you can try is powering down your Apple Tv for 30 seconds, plug back in, turn on, open up Zwift and see if that helps. If that doesn’t help, try uninstalling the Zwift app, and reinstalling from your app store and see if that helps.
If still having issues, make sure the trainer is not paired to anything else before trying to pair to Zwift. Make sure all other apps are closed, and turn off bluetooth on any devices not being used for Zwift, including any bike computers being used. Then try pairing to Zwift again. If still having issues, reach out to our support team.
