I have a new Elite Suito trainer. It paired well with Zwift on Apple TV and iPad, but it’s not pairing with my iPhone through Zwift (it is through BT with the trainers app). There is a little triangle next to the BT sign on the pairimg screen on Zwift and the little squirrel says my BT is probably off. All other apps turned off, BT switch turned off and back on, same for phone, nothing works.
It sounds like maybe your Suito is still paired ro something else, so can’t pair to your phone. With BT you can only pair the trainer to one device at a time.
The solution was that permission to access Bluetooth in Settings/Zwift was turned off. I don’t know why, since I have not changed it, but anyways, problem solved!
